You can book a trip with Tibet Tashi Delek Treks by writing an email stating the required tour package with the start and end date. Tibet Tashi Delek Treks will reply by email and inform you whether we are able to organize the trip or not. After a positive reply, you can book your tour by email. To confirm your booking you have to make an advance deposit of 25% of the tour cost. You will have to pay the full amount at least two months before the commencement date of your trip. If you book your trip within 2 months before the departure you will have to transfer the full payment at once within 8 days after receiving our confirmation that we can organize the trip you asked for. 

Tibet Tashi Delek Treks will make tentative bookings upon receipt of firm dates and provide written confirmation. The confirmation will be firm after we have received an advance deposit of 25% of the tour cost.

If you book a tour less than 2 months before the departure, you must send the full payment within 08 days of confirmation by us. We will notify you by email when we have received your advance deposit and/or full payment. 

Take into account that your bank might charge you for transferring money or payment by credit/debit card. All costs involved in the transaction are for the client. Check with your bank about what they charge for the transaction. In case of payment by credit card, the charge will be 4%. 

If you decide to cancel your trip, you must notify Tibet Tashi Delek Treks in writing. If proper written cancellation notice is not received, all amounts paid and any reservations made will be forfeited. When a written cancellation notice is received you will be assessed a cancellation fee according to the following schedule:

Tibet Tashi Delek Treks reserves the right to cancel a trip for force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to cancel any trip up to 15 days before the start of the trip if sign-up is inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we give a full refund of the land cost. However, Tibet Tashi Delek Treks is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip (e.g., non-refundable air tickets, visa fees if applicable, gear or medical expenses).

Tibet Tashi Delek Treks offers you a money-back guarantee if we fail to complete any part of the contract unless it is due to causes beyond our control like natural disasters or governmental events. 

In case the client decides to end or change the trip Tibet Tashi Delek Treks does not give any refunds for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, or trek arrangements. Land cost is quoted as a package; credits are not given for services not used as well and clients have to pay for the hotel or any extra costs incurred after leaving the itinerary.

Tibet Tashi Delek Treks acts only as an agent for all contractors/vendors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages, accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. All the expenses arising from such occurrences will be borne by the client himself/herself.

When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all these booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
