Over the years, I have specialized in organizing tours to Tibet, gaining extensive knowledge of the region. I focus on offering authentic and well-planned journeys to unique destinations.

Sagen Shakya - Co-Founder & Finance Head

 Sagen, originally from Kathmandu, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and leads the Finance and Accounts Department at Tibet Tashi Delek Treks. With a keen eye for numbers and strong management skills, he ensures the smooth running of all financial operations. Beyond his professional expertise, Sagen has a deep love for travel and enjoys exploring different regions to experience their unique culture, traditions, and natural beauty.

Bikash Maharjan - Co- Founder

Team Leader - Nepal, Bhutan

Born in the culturally rich town of Kritipur, Bikash once lived as a monk in Myanmar, where he studied the Buddhist tradition. After returning to Nepal, he trained as a guide and began his journey in the tourism industry. Today, he is the co-owner and team leader of Tibet Tashi Delek Treks.

Tempa, our Guide and Transportation Manager in Tibet, has been with us since the beginning. Before joining our team, he worked as a freelance guide and cultural tour expert, leading countless tours across Tibet.
